Bethany Redding

Owner, CEO

Raised in Northern Virginia, Bethany brings an exceptional understanding of the entire real estate process having grown up in a Realtor’s home and having spent four years developing MREAssist under Universal Title. Prior to MREAssist, Bethany worked as Listing Manager and Transaction Coordinator for over five years on a large real estate team with Keller Williams Realty. Bethany took over as Owner, CEO of MREAssist in January 2019 .

Bethany has personally closed over 2,000 transactions and has been in the industry for over 14 years. She has completed the RSTMM (Recruit/Select) training process with Corporate Consulting Management Consultants and various training courses related to the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (RED) book and other administrative courses through Real Estate Brokerages in Northern Virginia.

Bethany is utilizing her extensive knowledge about the various components involved with the administrative side of the real estate business to continue to develop and manage the services provided to our client agents through MREAssist®

Bethany and her husband Erik live in Centreville, Virginia with their son and Miniature Dachshund, Max.

Heidi Miller

Transaction Coordinator

Heidi has an extensive background in Administrative and organizational coordination. With over 15 years in the Real Estate industry, Heidi has worked all sides of the business from Listing and Buyer Agent, Marketing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator to Operations Management.

Heidi is a long-time resident of Northern Virginia and is married with two young boys. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and knitting when not volunteering with her community association and her children’s sports and activities.

Autumn Bergendahl

Transaction Coordinator

Raised in East Tennessee, a former all-conference D2 Collegiate Golfer at King University - studied Business Marketing and Management throughout her four years. Stepping into the professional world after college, she worked with a local real estate team in Johnson City. From Marketing Coordinator, to Listing Coordinator, to Transaction Management - she immersed herself in the day to day, behind the scenes of Real Estate Operations. During this time, she found a true passion for Transaction Management. She is excited to grow alongside our team by providing that much needed leverage to her agents so that they can take their chances and capitalize on every opportunity afforded to them.

When Autumn isn't working - she enjoys spending time with her family, watching reality tv, reading, traveling, and working out. She recently just started her own book club with other Real Estate Professionals throughout the US.
